Data from Connect can transfer to Apple Health. The following is a list of what data types are sent to the Apple HealthKit:


NOTE: The Garmin Connect App cannot receive any data from Apple HealthKit. This includes data from an Apple Watch. --> Apple Health and Garmin Connect App | Garmin Support



  • Health can receive the following data from Connect (depending on what options are enabled in Health and what types of data are supported by the connected Garmin device):
    • Active Energy
    • Body Fat Percentage
    • Body Mass Index
    • Flights Climbed
    • Heart Rate
    • Resting Energy
    • Sleep Analysis
    • Steps
    • Walking + Running Distance
    • Weight
    • Workouts (Activities uploaded to Garmin Connect)
