iCloud account

Lost my iPhone in which my active iCloud acc was logged in. Now idk what my id or the password is but the iCloud subscription payment is still getting deducted from my account every month. Any suggestions of getting it back.

How do I cancel subscriptions from old iCloud accounts I can no longer get into?
