How do I cancel subscriptions from old iCloud accounts I can no longer get into?

I keep being charged random $2.99 $3.99 and they keep overdrafting my account and all it says is Apple subscription on my bank account I’m assuming it’s from one of my iCloud said I just had but my phone crashed during an update and I can’t get back into it so can somebody please help me because it won’t let me reset the password anymore now it tells me that it’s an invalid email when I try to log into it on parts of my phone I’m so confused and my bank account is getting so messed up I know I used to pay for extra storage but I can’t find it on this account to cancel it
