I want to cancel iCloud storage that I am currently paying for a non existent phone,i now have a new handset that has bigger space and because I forgot my apple password for the old phone I am unable to cancel subscription, I created new ID with a new phone thus i am unable to gain access and cancel subscription.
Can someone help with an email address for apple billing email address or assistance on how i can cancel iCloud subscription.
