Hi I have the Apple Watch 3 (without gps). But I understood that as long as I had my phone with me to pair off of, the gps would work then...... I went on a bike ride and brought my phone so I thought it would track my ride, distance and speed etc but it didn’t?! Is there a way to do that?

Hi, Thanks, I started it in the ‘Activity’ app and selected Bike Ride... it tracked my route in a map but no other stats about the ride... just wasn’t sure if there was something else I needed to do or turn on?!?
Apple watch 3 has built in GPS and you don't need your phone with you,so I would look elsewhere to solve your problem.
Did you start the bike ride from the workout app?.
Try unpairing and re-pairing the watch.
