I bought an in-game purchase and it still says pending after a couple hours. I don’t have a payment method besides $16 from gift cards. I have enough money for the purchase but it is still not letting me buy it. Is there anything I can do that might help me?

Sometimes it takes time to resolve pending purchase, probably not more than 48 hours though. Are you allowing for the taxes on the item?
The new phone wouldn't be causing the problem.

Yes the item is only $.99 which is like $1.07 for me so I clearly have enough money to pay for it through my account. I got a new phone recently so I don’t know if that changed anything.
