I can’t get contacts from my old phone to the New one
New phone. Unable to get contacts transferred to new phone.

Did you follow these instructions—>Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you synced your contacts between your old phone and iCloud you can go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud and turn on the switch for Contacts.
Also, if the contacts were associated with an email account when you add the email account to your phone the contacts will come back.
