other storage issue

hi all! i'm having trouble with my iphone 7 where other storage is taking up ~60% of my storage. i have like four app stores apps downloaded, and most of my apps are crashing immediately. it gets better for a little bit after i restart my phone.

the OS is taking up like 50 mb, so it's not a system storage issue
i cleared my safari cache
i turned off icloud drive and icloud photos
i factory reset my iphone and restored from an icloud backup a couple weeks ago

is there anything else i should do to try to fix this problem?

You can get some information on the Other data category from the Apple Support article How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support, which reviews what Other is comprised of and how it handles the storage on your device.

If you find the Other data isn't reducing on its own as it should, try restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and check for updates: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
