Iphone SE 2020 scratches on display

I use my SE 2020 in a case in which I also keep credit cards and they scratch the screen. 
Really unbelievable.

I’ve had my iPhone SE 2020 for three weeks and noticed extremely thin almost invisible scratches that can only be seen when light shines at the screen at a specific angle and it bothers me so much. I have no idea how it even happened since I’m extremely careful with my phone

My iPhone SE was almost scratch free after four years of use. My new iPhone SE 2020, has ten times as much scratches only two months in. Never put any keys or coins in the same pocket as my phone. So it beats me why this glass is such poor quality.

Same here. Scratched within first two weeks, now nearly two months and several scratches. Previous iPhone 6 not scratched. Both kept in quad lock case without screen protector, in my pocket with no keys or coins etc. Quite disappointed with Apple quality. My original iPhone (2G) fared better without any case!

Same here, 2 weeks in , normal use, screen is all scratched . Didn`t had this problem with previous devices. It`s like we are forced to use screen protectors nowdays :( .

Yes. Very upset considering $450 later and less than a week. Tells me it will not last long. On the fence to ditching apple platforms.

FWIW, I have had my 2020 iPhone SE for over a month now and do not find any scratches on its screen ... and I pretty much use it normally and without a screen protector.

Same thing with me! I had an IPhone 6s for three years and not a single scratch. I’ve had the SE for a little over a week and two scratches appeared out of nowhere.

I have the same issue. But my scratches very deep and I feel them with my finger.

Yes, same here. Tons of scratches, some deep, **1 week in**. The original SE rubbed against the keys **for years** and nothing.

yep - same problem here. should I use the toothpaste method to get rid of it?

Yes, My new SE is 6 weeks old and it has loads of tiny scratches and a couple of small deeper ones. I always keep my phone in my pocket on its own. Much lower quality screen compared to my original SE!

Same with mine. Had the old SE for 3 1/2 years and it wasn‘t scratched like my new SE is after a few months. This is clearly a quality control issue. It touched my keys for just a split secord and now I habe deep scratches in it. That would not happen to the old SE.

Same issue. Two week old SE2020 has developed micro scratches on its screen. Never had this issue with other iPhones.
