HMO MAX on Apple TV Sign In Problem

I can sign in on my iPhone but not the Apple TV. Why?

Delete the HBO Max app on the Apple TV, then unplug the Apple TV for a couple of minutes and plug it back in. Next, re-download HBO Max from the App Store and then re-sign in. It sounds like your first download was corrupt.
