You shouldn’t have to do that. So something is not working right in your situation.
- If the service working is good every time when you do sign in, then we can assume that the account itself is in working order.
- Try to reset the Apple TV app, then try again.
- Else try to delete and re-install the app, then try again.
- Verify that the TV system software is up-to-date. There was a software update (v04.40.09) on 2022-06-22, according to the LG website.
- Else contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
