New MacBook Air battery problem

My new Mac book air's battery is bad and dies in 3 hours of use. I have apple care but they will not answer their phone. Anyone know an apple support email address?

Chat support is also available, but I suppose there are periods of time in which nothing is available. Just be sure to start with https://getsupport.apple.com.

The spinny thing is all I got today:

At present, "limited" seems to mean "unavailable".
