Does Apple call their customers (from California), stating that my phone has been hacked...then would y’all ask me to download the app “TeamViewer” to get into my account?

Hacking my iphone I got a notice 20 mins. ago that someone was hacking my iPhone and tracking me. Like a fool perhaps, I touched a bar promising to take me to the App Store to buy an app to stop the hack; instead of buying anything, I went to iOS updates and downloaded the latest one (15.41, I think).
