Hacking my iphone

I got a notice 20 mins. ago that someone was hacking my iPhone and tracking me. Like a fool perhaps, I touched a bar promising to take me to the App Store to buy an app to stop the hack; instead of buying anything, I went to iOS updates and downloaded the latest one (15.41, I think). Am I okay? My phone is a new I-13 Pro Max.
