am I able to take my phone in to get micro scratches removed?

Scratch on iPhone 11 Screen One day I decided to take off the cracked tempered glass from my iphone 11 to take pictures of it (I wanted to sell it online). Then I kept it away in a pouch and just used my other phone. Occasionally i like to bring the iphone 11 with me when I travel. I dont know what happened, but a scratch appeared on the screen. I don't think Apple will cover it, but I'd like to know if there is anything I can do to cover it. Can putting on a screen protector or tempered glass cover the scratch?

No. Apple does not do cosmetic repair.

It is controversial but a glass screen protector will mask existing scratches and prevent more

I get them for a few pounds/dollars online

If you tried to polish them out the coating will polish off and it will look a lot worse
