Reistalling OS X
My WiFi Icon is not on the top of my Mac book .. It’s in Recovery mode it won’t let me Reinstall OS X Without WiFi How Do I get WiFi ?

Why Recovery— what is the bigger issue?
Was WiFi working before your "issue", before Recovery ?
If your WiFi card is not recognized in the System Information—then you have a hardware issue not resolved by any key combination.
