Kernel panic restart

Hi, I've recently had my computer restart due to a fault a couple of times (approx once a week). I've pasted the report below. I would appreciate any insight into what I can do to avoid this.

Thanks.

Hi,

Page Fault tends to be memory related issue. Check your RAM with Apple Diagnostics if it reports something related RAM.
