apple order is under shipment on hold
Anyone of you having problem about your apple order from Singapore. I ordered from apple Philippines but the product was shipped from Singapore and until now is on hold.
We are end users like you so can cannot investigate but, yes, there have been other posts about deliveries stalled in Singapore.

Regardless of the store from which you order, Apple stuff comes from China. Only if the device, already configured to you liking, is in a warehouse in your home country would you not see a Singapore shipping terminal.
Beyond something to do with the upturn in COVID cases, we can only guess, and that doe you no good. As RachT1 says, contact the shipper. You can also call Apple with your order number at hand and ask if they know.
