I forgot the passcode to my iPhone 10 XR. I have tried following instructions online from a few websites and it is still not working. I don't have an updated iTunes so I cannot use that and I am using my husbands macbook that is not updated and my phone is not connected to it. What can i do?

You MUST use a computer to regain access to your iPhone, and use specific gestures to connect it to an updated iTunes (if you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends or ask for help at an Apple Store or AASP), as per this support video:-->
