No order confirmation says after purchase

I made a purchase on Friday, June 26th, and it’s currently Tuesday, June 30th and i still have yet to receive a order confirmation.

I have ordered from apple in the past and this isn’t normal. Is apple having trouble right now with orders? Whenever something’s purchased, they usually send you a order confirmation notice and number via email immediately following the purchase and it’s processed within a day, not several.

Also, the orders not showing up on my apple account either, but money has been taken out of my bank account.
