confirmation of order missing

i had placed a order around 8:30pm but after the payment i did not receive any mail with order id and also the money is deducted from my account please help me out with it

You will have to call the store directly that you made the order with.

We are just end users in a user to user community with Apple moderation.

If it was the Apple Online Store in the United States, this number should help:

800–692–7753
