I wanted to purchase ipad air on 30 sep 2023 I followed all the steps and made upi payment the money was deducted from my bank account but I had not received any confirmation the apple customer support told me to wait for 7 days so my question is the order will get confirmed or I will receive my money back what will happen now

No I called them today they told that wait till 7 business days in which Saturday sunday is not included either your order will be confirmed or you will get refund

Exactly same thing happened with me. I did payment on 2nd October 2023 for ipad air.
Customer Care team, said me same. Did you get any update in your case?
Received the confirmation mail just now regarding my order it will be delivered on 5 oct
