Money debited but no order confirmation
I had placed an order for apple 2
nd generation pencil but didn’t receive any email confirmation and my money has been debited.
Need help on the same.
Did you order directly from Apple or through a reseller?
If through Apple, the email will go to the primary email address associated with your Apple ID. Reseller have their own system. You have to contact them.
We are not Apple but other end users like you. We have no access to Apple databases so we cannot research this for you.
