Hi there,
I am trying to change the language of my Apple account.
I am regionally based in Greece, and every time I open the Apple page, or even Apple TV+ half the things are in Greek and the other half in English.
I want everything to be English.
In my iCloud settings I have selected English U.S. as my preferred language.
It hasn't stopped the issue.
Can anyone offer some advice?

Here is an example of what I'm seeing...
Where?
On my Mac, primary language is set to English.
On my iPhone Preferred language order has English first.
As I said in iCloud settings it is set to English.
Change language in different regions.
