Total design flaw, aggravating beyond belief - Otherwise perfect headphones
- OK, so I tried at least 7 pairs of wireless earphones focused on training, including sets praised by ultra-marathoners .... all crap. I returned them all and bought my Powerbeats Pro when they launched. Sounds is real sound, fit is snug but not uncomfortable, I can run, bike, lift and regardless of which direction the sweat is falling or with wind, etc. they stay placed with good sound. I was sold, I stopped awing at the abusive price and bought a pair for my wife too.
- Design flaw ... I soon found out that every time I go to train I have some mix of the following issues:
- Won't auto sync or are synced but won't show charge status or finally shows but not of individual ear buds
- Put my ear buds in, left to train and have to re-sync but my case is at home and they won't sync
- Better yet, shows 100% charged or has been charging for like 2 days and one or both ear buds is 100% dead. Re-set doesn't work
- Yep, happens on my wife's too. Of course, we're out of warrant period at Best Buy but it's obvious it's Apple's design flaw
- How do I get them replaced by Apple with a fix? If they would just actually charge and show their status easily they would be perfect headphones.
