Save Exchange Contacts after leaving job

I had my contacts linked to my phone through a work Exchange account and Outlook, but am no longer employed and account is disabled. The contacts still are working in my phone, however think that I will lose them if I delete the Exchange account. They are not backed up on iCloud, though I have this enabled on the phone. I have tried to use MC Backup to generate a vcf file to email to myself; the file generates and email sends, however am not receiving it (have looked in SPAM and tried to email to another email account), so the app does not seem to be working as advertised. Any suggestions?

I'm very surprised your company has still allowed you to keep their email account on your phone when you're no longer employed with them.

You can either if you're still good terms contact the IT person and ask them to export the contacts for you, or you manually enter the contacts into whatever cloud or mail you choose to sync with now.

I used that very same app with success in order to save my Exchange contacts to my devices. I owned the company that was using the Exchange account and I gave up the account.

The app worked as advertised for me. What I can’t remember is if I ditched the account and then exported the contacts or I exported the contacts before I gave up the account.
