I have deleted notes from iCloud to recover some data. Can I recover that notes ? It does not show in recently deleted note because whole note was deletes

Unfortunately, you cannot recover notes that have been deleted from the recently deleted folder.

You should also be aware that deleting notes will save very little space, either on your device or in the cloud. If you want to save space on your device, the best way to do this is to turn on optimisation for iCloud Photos. If you are short of space in the cloud, you should subscribe to more.
