my Powerbeats keep disconnecting from my Apple Watch but they still allow me to connect to my iPhone but then I can’t reconnect to my Apple Watch this happens every time I use them I don’t really want to be reset the Powerbeats every time I want to use them. I bought the Powerbeats for running so I don’t want to have to carry the phone around me and want to use them just off the Apple Watch.

I think I understand why it is happening now. If the beats are in the vicinity of the phone then they will try and connect to that. What I do is leave the phone in the house then start playing from my watch once I am outside. This seems to have worked every time for me?

Contacted Apple and sent them back for repair. Turnaround time was fantastic. Received packaging in two days. Sent it back and it was received next day by Apple. Repair completed that day and expecting them back in another two days. No indication of what the repair was but will report back on whether problem is solved
I have a similar problem - I can 'forget' the Powerbeats on my iPhone - connect again and then start playing on my Apple Watch only for the right hand side earphone to disconnect about five minutes in. This happens so many times. I have tried unpairing and repairing the phone and the watch but that only solves the problem for one or two times before it disconnects again. it is really frustrating because like the OP I bought these for exercising with my watch when I can't carry my phone around. A spectacular waste of money
