Siri isn’t talking back
Siri isn’t talking back when I ask her something, all of the voices work fine the problem is with the American female voice

This is a known issue with Apple. Choose another voice to use until they fix it. It would also be a good idea for you to add your name to the list of users that are reporting the bug.
