Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities Abdallah8989,

We see that you're seeing green dots on your iPhone screen. We certainly understand your concern, and we'd be happy to look into this with you.

Let's start by having you force close any apps that you have open, and restart your iPhone. Also, make sure that you're using the latest version (13.5.1) of software on your iPhone.

How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue remains after trying these steps, respond back with the answers to the following questions.

  1. Are you only seeing this when using a specific app or apps?
  2. Has there been any physical or liquid damage to your device that you're aware of?
  3. When did you first notice this issue? Was it after an update?

The more information that you can provide, the easier it will be to get you pointed in the right direction.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
