Trunsunion TrueIdentity app not working

My TrueIdentity app won't login via facial rec or username/password. Have removed and reinstalled. Just keeps saying Loading until it times out. Can't find a phone number for Transunion which gets me to a real person. Or, a website link.


Anyone have either type contact info?

Same here. I ended up calling support today but they were of no use. They essentially told me to do what you already did (delete-reinstall). I can log in on the web portal but can’t refresh my score (same hamster wheel). I believe I found the support number in the upper right hand corner “contact” dropdown on the web version. BTW I had my wife try hers and same thing.
