Apple watch series 4 screen popped out

My Apple Watch series 4 screen popped out on its own. After keeping Apple Watch like my own baby It’s really frustrating seeing screen popping out. Watch is out of warranty & I really don’t understand how Apple product can be so fragile. I need support from Apple official in this regard.

I have seen another issue the battery is swollen from inside. This is really annoying it seems there is a fault from Apple hardware. I need support from Apple team.
