regarding IOS 13 update
i could not get the IOS 13 update to my Ipad Air ..it shows the my software is up to date which is IOS 12.4.5 because o that i couldnt run some of my apps which requires IOS 13 ..so how could i update my Ipad Air to IOS 13 ?

Your iPad Air can be updated to the final version of iOS that it supports, this being iOS 12.4.7. Major Update support iPad Air was ended by Apple in September 2019; whilst there have since been several minor “point” updates to address security issues, the iPad Air cannot be updated to the next major version - iPadOS 13.x.
