I have the family plan for $14.99/month but I’m still being charged for the single subscription of $9.99/month. I want to cancel the individual subscription but I don’t know how, can you help me with that request

You cannot have more than one subscription to Apple Music at a time on a single Apple ID.
If you are getting charged for another subscription its coming from someone else in the Family Sharing group. You would need to follow the steps in the link below to find it through one of the other Family member's Apple IDs/ devices and cancel it there.
