it says to connect to iTunes
it is not listed in my iTunes accounts
how do i unlock my iPad?

Itunes is a program that runs on a computer (perhaps you were thinking about iTunes Store, but that's a different app).
These are the instructions you need to follow:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled
