How do I add names and tags to photos on my iPad Pro?

I am in the process of organizing all of the photos that I have (several thousand) and I am using my iPad Pro. I’m and trying to add the names of the individuals in the photos and keywords. I know how to do it on my iMac and laptop but for some reason I can’t figure out how to do it on my iPad Pro.

If there is not a way to do this using the Photos app on the iPad does anyone have any recommendations for a particular app that I can download that would make it seamless to add the detail?

i am also familiar with how to Confirm Additional People. But only seems to work on certain photos.
