Colored/ black and white horizontal line on MacBook Air(13 inch early 2015) screen

Hello, all of a sudden I am facing this issue of colored/black and white horizontal lines on my MacBook Air for the past couple of days. After a while the screen turns completely grey. Has anyone faced similar issues with their Mac? I am unable to take my Mac to an authorized Apple Service Centre because of the ongoing COVID situation. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Bad hardware. Contact Apple Support using the link in the upper right, and have a discussion with them about your repair options.
