iCloud breach

Hi

I keep getting calls today from different phone numbers saying my iCloud account was breached and I need to contact Apple support by staying on the line. I feel like this is a scam call but wanted to confirm. I changed my iCloud password. Has anyone else ever gotten this and is it real?

thanks!

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
