Macbook Pro screen Garbled or blurry or jumps up and down

Can someone help me to know the steps if anybody is facing the similar issue. I am using a Macbook Pro 13-inch 2016 and after updating to Catalina 10.15 I see my display is garbled or blurry or jumps up and down frequently and intermittently. Tried methods like cleaning the PRAM (option+ control+ P + R) and diagnosing the machine (says no issues). But still leaves me annoying with this garbled issue ?

That looks like a defective Display Assembly which will need to be repaired by Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
