airpods
my airpods are connected via bluetooth to my iphone but they are not picking up music or make the sound when they go in my ear?

Try a full reset:
If no help, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
