iCloud - Library
I have documents that I downloaded to my books app, and I was wondering if there was a way to add the documents to my iCloud? They are electronic publications.

Why store in Books when they could be stored in the Files app? To transfer the files from Books, tap the file and there should be a Share icon which will offer you options where you'd like to send them.
