iPhone 7Plus: Front cam works in Insta and Facebook, but not in Camera App?

Hello,

weirdly my front cam is not working since today. I dropped the phone today (nothing serious, on a carpet) and after that I noticed that the front cam was just black when I opened the camera app. Weirdly, the camera seems just fine in Instagram and Facebook...

I reset the phone completely (Deleted everything and reloaded the backup). Didn't help. Also did a hard reset later...

Is this a hardware problem?
