Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you'd like to recover your messages. We are happy to share information that may help.
If you had Messages enabled in iCloud, after deleting a message, you won't be able to recover it. The message will be permanently deleted: Keep all your messages in iCloud.
If you didn't have Message enabled in iCloud, you may be able to restore your device from a backup you had made at the time the messages were on your device. Please note that when you restore from a backup, everything from the time of your backup to the present will no long be on your device. Your iPhone will appear as it did at the time of the backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.
