My Apple Mail rules disappeared

How do I get them back. I tried several solutions from posts that were posted years ago. None of those worked. I recently re-installed Catalina, and the rules were there a few days ag, just not today. Wouldn't be a big deal except that I've developed many rules over the past 10 years. They have been passed from one Macintosh to another to another and one system to the next. This has never happened before.

I don't know how to bring up the rules in iCloud nor on my iPhone. Apparently they are only accessible by my MacBook Pro.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
