Apple TV app won’t load on Samsung Series 8.

Hello, I downloaded the Apple TV app on my Samsung series 8 television when I purchased it in late 2019, and the app had recently stopped working. I uninstalled the app, and then reinstalled, and it still will not open. I have reset the television as well to factory settings, and updated to the newest firmware. Is there a fix coming out for the Apple app? Because this is not a problem on Samsung’s side. Thank you.
