MWLY2AE/A refers to an iPhone 11 64 GB Green designed for the UAE.
I recommend you to not buy the UAE version if you are not in the UAE, because these devices will not have FaceTime (and other features international versions offer). FaceTime is disabled (and it cannot be enabled - ever), even if you are not in the UAE. No System Restore etc... will help.
There is no Video Calling available in the UAE because it's prohibited by the UAE law.
