Live Wallpaper
I’m trying to set a Live Photo as my wallpaper on my iPad Pro, but it will not allow me to at all. Not even giving me the option, is there a way to is that?

iPadOS/iOS does not support Live Photos for Wallpaper. You can use a static image, but not an Live Photo - this, in reality, being a short video clip.
