icloud storage

My Iphone X is stuck on the Apple logo and i couldnt get it to reboot so i had to puchase a new iphone 11 pro. I have not been able to clear my old phone so my icloud storage is saying it is full due to my old phones back up. When i go to the icloud setting it is showing my iphone X backup is taking up 32gb of space while my new iphone 11 pro is only taking up 1GB. my question is, if i delete my old phones backup of 32GB to make room for my new phone, will it delete the information off of my new phone?
