After entering all of my information to apply it loads for a while and says Apple Pay services not available, try again later. My settings are all correct and it should work, it just doesn’t want to. Can anyone help?

Apple wallet was not turned on under cellular data. I turned it on and now apple pay works. Not sure how it got turned off, I have never changed that and no one can access my phone.
Are you talking bout applying for the Apple Card?
Are you in the US, over 18, and have a SSN?
sometimes signing out of your Apple ID and back in helps.
Yes to all of those. I’m trying to apply for the card and it won’t go through. I’m a us citizen and in the us, I’m over 18, and I do have a ssn
I did everything, I even signed out and signed back in and restarted my phone. It still keeps saying that it’s unavailable
Same problem but I have been using Apple Pay without issued until today. Last time was June 29th.
