Flashing Contacts Icons
I note there are several references to this in Communities. Does anyone have a fix yet. My battery is taking a hammering.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. If we're understanding correctly, upon reviewing a contact's information the icons in the contact card is flickering or flashing.
It's important to rely on using your iPhone, and we'll be happy to help.
To help troubleshoot this behavior, we recommend to restart your iPhone. This can help resolve unexpected behavior: Restart your iPhone
In addition, please make sure you have the latest version of iOS 13.5.1 installed. This helps provide software improvements on your device: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
